Employment Program

When you sign up for the AC ALL STARS employee program, you are working as an employee for an existing company that has been a Florida licensed class B HVAC contractor established in 2013. You will be an employee of the company, and under our supervision. We allow you to start building a client base, and we will support and assist in your marketing efforts to be independently successful, while legally working for us and having a real HVAC company behind you! We supply the license, liability insurance, workmans comp insurance, payroll, permitting department, financing for customers, uniforms, job leads, website, and phone and field support, you keep more of service and installation fee’s you charge your customers than an hourly employee would! (You get paid 50% on jobs we give you and up to 90% on jobs you get from advertising, home warranty companies, management companies, and lead services.

No need to worry about running things, we do that for you.

We supply permitting, payroll, check and credit card clearing, insurance, specials on inventory, uniforms, field support, forms, help with advertising, and more. The theme of our company is legal HVAC, and we make sure our employee’s learn the right way to conduct business in the State of Florida, teaching you how to run your own company some day.

Your job is to, with our help,  get our name out there, and get contracts with home warranty companies, property management companies, multi family residence owners, mobile home parks, apartment complexes and other sources of business. Of course, individual residential customers may also make up the bulk of your business. We will help with summer special ads on places such as Craigslist, Thumbtack, and more, and help you approve and build ads to run in local publications that meet all legal and compliance standards mandated by the state.

We currently have technicians working for Home Warranty Companies such as Choice Home Warranty, Republic Home Warranty, Progressive Home Warranty, American Home Shield, First American Home Warranty, Liberty Home Guard, and more! Because you can apply to these kinds of companies, you can get jobs starting to come your way quickly!

We will get you into local supply houses, provide you with a magnetic logo and license number for your truck, and keep everything legal, while giving you complete back office support for your new HVAC job. You are now legally able to chase down accounts that were not accessible to you while working for someone else, or illegally working “under the table”. Enjoy an independent work schedule, with a real company and license behind you, all completely legal!
